During the interview we discovered that these three friends have known each other since they were young, attending the same college, GSITS, Indore. They used to bike-pool in their college days, further strengthening their bond. Mr. Avinash, when asked to describe themselves, said that to create a successful company, three qualities are a must, Excellence, Aggression and Patience. While Mr. Mitesh, who is a certified perfectionist, is titled to be the excellence factor of the trio and Mr. Siddharth brings out the Aggression, Mr. Avinash is the perfect portrayal of patience, creating a sense of calmness amongst them. They shared many more anecdotes from their early days, remarking that they missed the nosy nature inherent in Indoris! They felt that people in other places are least concerned about the people around them, something that is impossible to do in Indore. As the interview progressed our team commented on the amazing and opulent interiors of their office, which is significantly airy and colorful. When being asked the reason, Mr. Siddharth explained that the major work done in their field is coding, which cannot be done continuously for more than 2 hours. The amount of brainwork required in coding needs an open and free space to destress which is efficiently provided by the company office which has a minimal amount of walls and is majorly constructed with glass. Our team got an insight into the workings of their staff and administration where we got to know that they have an efficient system of assigning committees for every important aspect, in which the company employees themselves participate and contribute. The various committees include the cultural committee, Health committee, sports committee, go green committee, hygiene committee, etc. The CSR arm of InfoBeans has been successfully providing computer literacy to around 700 to 800 people every year. They also contribute to the environment by planting 400-500 trees; in fact, the trees around the ring road area of the city have been planted by InfoBeans itself.

The conversation took an interesting turn when they were asked to state individually what they loved and disliked about Indore. To which Mr. Mitesh stated that he loved and missed his family, because living in America, he was unable to visit them that often. He also admitted that he disliked Indore’s traffic and the honking habits of the people. For another question that he was asked, Mr. Mitesh proudly claimed that the Indori people have ‘Jazbaa’ a spirit. “We drop them right to their doorstep”, that is, we complete the task till the end. When he was asked that was it really difficult to work all over the world while creating headquarters in Indore, he stated that the motto for today’s world thinks globally and work locally. It is important to note that out of the 900 people employed by InfoBeans, 600 of them work form Indore.

Finally, to give their last message, especially to the youth who inspire to rule the tech world in the future, the three of them imparted with words of wisdom. Mr. Siddharth requested aspirants to do whatever they want, but with their whole hearts. Mr. Avinash felt that today, the youth is misguided. They lack basic knowledge and substance in their thinking, which is very essential to progress. He stated that young minds should be unique and creative. While Mr. Mitesh’s parting words for the youth were to pay attention to the details. He advised them to work hard and keep dreaming. The interview gave us an insight into the workings of Indore’s IT giant, all the while giving us a peek into the personal lives of the masterminds behind it.
