Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Event Ticket Booking:

  • Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that an organizer cancels an event for any reason, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled to a new date, ticket holders will have the option to use their tickets for the rescheduled date or request a refund. Refund requests for rescheduled events must be submitted within [number] days of the announcement of the new date. Refunds will be issued within [number] business days to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation by Ticket Holder: Refund requests initiated by ticket holders must be submitted within 7 days prior to the event date. Refunds for tickets canceled by the ticket holder are subject to a 10% processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Business Listing:

  • Listing Fee: Business listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published on our platform. It is the responsibility of the business owner to ensure that all information provided for the listing is accurate and up-to-date before submission.
  • Subscription Services: For subscription-based business listing plans, refunds are available for cancellations initiated within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription period. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Quality Assurance: While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards for business listings on our platform, we reserve the right to remove or edit any listings that do not meet our guidelines or violate our terms of service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
