A New Perspective. A New Possibility. A New Journey.
Leadership is not just about where we have reached. It is about having the courage to ask what comes next?
On 9 October 2026, the Indore Management Association (IMA) will bring together women leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers at the 5th IMA Women Leadership Conclave – BEYOND: Shaping What’s Next, at the Brilliant Convention Centre, Indore.
More than a leadership conclave, BEYOND represents an invitation to think differently, challenge familiar boundaries, and imagine new possibilities.
Beyond Conventional Leadership
The idea of leadership is changing.
Today, leadership is not defined only by designations, boardrooms, or organisational authority. It is increasingly about the ability to create change, build meaningful connections, embrace uncertainty, and inspire others to move forward.
For women, this evolution carries an even deeper significance.
Across Indore, women are leading businesses, organisations, institutions, communities, and social initiatives. They are creating new careers, building enterprises, challenging conventions, and opening doors for the generation that follows.
BEYOND creates a platform for these voices to come together.
A Conversation About What Comes Next
The most powerful leadership conversations don’t simply celebrate achievements. They ask uncomfortable questions.
What should leadership look like tomorrow?
How can women move beyond traditional definitions of success?
What possibilities emerge when experience meets new thinking?
And how can today’s leaders create opportunities for those who are yet to find their voice?
These are the conversations that can shape the next chapter of Indore’s professional and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Why It Matters for Indore
A city grows when its people grow. And when women are given greater opportunities to lead, participate, collaborate, and influence decisions, the impact extends far beyond individual careers.
It strengthens businesses.
It builds communities.
It creates role models.
It inspires younger generations.
Events like the IMA Women Leadership Conclave create spaces where these ideas can move from conversations to possibilities.
Beyond the Event
The most meaningful movements don’t end when an event does.
They continue through the conversations started, relationships created, ideas exchanged, and possibilities discovered.
That is perhaps the real spirit of BEYOND not simply asking women to lead better, but encouraging everyone to imagine a future that goes beyond what already exists.

A new perspective.
A new possibility.
A new journey.
Because shaping what’s next begins when we are willing to go BEYOND.
