Mann Ki Baat will now reach children in schools in the form of comics.

Children in schools will now be exposed to motivational tales relating to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Mann Ki Baat” through comic books. Currently, it is intended to create 12 comics with inspirational tales based on “Mann Ki Baat” programmes. The first book has already been written, a story about a group of art enthusiasts who painted the city’s prominent walls to enhance it had completed the task of furnishing it with superior artwork and artefacts.

It is being prepared to be brought to all of the schools. NCERT’s digital edition was also made available. By the end of this year, the remaining comic books will be released soon.

On the occasion of “Mann Ki Baat” reaching 100 editions, a plan was developed to share these motivational tales with School Children. With the aid of Amar Chitra Katha, the Ministry of Culture decided to create comic versions of these tales in order to make them more engaging. Along with English and Hindi, these comics will also be released in all other Indian languages.
