The Sikhs are extremely sensitive and cautious regarding their surroundings and contribute to the betterment of the society in any way that they can. Hence, for the event, they have carried out a special appeal for all the Sikh attendants, rich or poor, to avoid bringing their four-wheelers near the Khalsa College, where the Dewan is being decorated. They could either use two-wheelers or take advantage of the public transports available. To shuttle the Sangats, five buses have been arranged to help in minimizing traffic and aid in better management of the area, reducing the chances of overcrowding and commotion. The decision to make the event a waste-free zone reflects their policies as a community, contributing in the cleanliness campaign that is impeccably followed in the city of Indore.
