Self Quarantine and Lockdowns in various parts of the country has created a feeling of despair in all the people who live a fast paced life managing work, family and social lives. Instead of dwelling on the short-comings of this unnatural break from daily lives, it is important for all of us to realize that a lot of good can come from this period. Psychologists have claimed that in this time of Quarantine, it’s very normal to increase anxiety levels of people and there is a proneness to depression. Hence, it’s essential for family to stick together and boost each other’s morale and stand by them and support them if they are sick.

In the run to tackle the daily hassles of your life, you probably didn’t have time to do things that you love, like painting, cooking, gardening or other number of activities that could be classified as your long forgotten passions! So now is the time to reacquaint yourself to doing things you really love.

Remember, the best you can do in this situation is self-preservation and spreading awareness to all those who are not taking this pandemic as seriously as it should be taken. Take care of yourself but do not panic, authorities are doing all they can to curb COVID-19, support them and stay at your homes, making up the best of the time you have in your hands!
