Quick Response Team
The Quick Response Team has been created in Indore especially to ensure that traffic rules are strictly followed in all the areas of the city. This team also makes sure to investigate anyone who violates traffic rules in the city for the last time being. The increasing population in the city has made it difficult to manage traffic in all the areas and so, this team has been made to make it more efficient. Moreover, more than 250 policemen have also been admitted in the force of the city.
Auto Unique Number
The city has a number of auto rickshaws running for the major hours in the city. A few auto drivers in this situation drive two to three auto-rickshaws on a single permit. To stop this violation, the authority is now giving every auto rickshaw a unique number. This unique number will prove that the auto-driver has the permit, PUC, and all the necessary documents for running the concerned auto. This will make it easy for the authority to get the information and important data of any auto-rickshaw in an efficient time. This unique number will also be in the records of the police control room of the city.
Citizen Cop App
Every one of us, at least once has seen a rash driver who either violates the traffic rules or creates chaos for others on the road, right? More often than not, we fail at calling out those people or don’t know how and where to complain about them. Well, the Citizen Cop app will help you register those complaints at anytime, anywhere. Moreover, traffic police officers will also have their social media presence so that the public can connect with them easily.
Yatayat Prabandhan Mitra Yojana
This is a feature you can find in the citizen cop app. This feature will help you give your contribution to the police or authority in any way that you wish. This feature will help the public as well as the police in controlling the traffic in a better way.
Investigations against irritating silencers & complicated number plates
We often come across bikes and cars on roads that have number plates with extremely complicated fonts and irritating noisy silencers. These silencers cause extreme irritation and those number plates often make it difficult for others to read them in case they wish to complain against them. So, the authority has now decided to investigate these vehicles and their drivers. Also, the shops that make these kinds of number plates will also be investigated.
The authorities are doing their best to control the traffic conditions all around the city. But no efforts can bring out the desired results if the people of the city aren’t supporting the cause.
