The Great Indian Kite Festival 2.0 - A chance to say ‘Kai Po Chhe’ here in Indore.

The Great Indian Kite Festival is back in Indore with all its gusto for a season 2 with even more fun activities than it had the previous year. This festival revolves around Kites and is held around the auspicious day of Makar Sakranti. Kites have the ability to bring people together in the spirit of healthy competitions, colorful fun and an intrepid sense of camaraderie and joy. Here are the minutes of this jubilant festival which is going to be held in Mahalaxmi Nagar Ground and start from 12^th January, going on to 13^th January and have its finale on the day of Makar Sakranti on 14^th January 2020. The events each day shall begin at 12 p.m. and continue till midnight.

This mega event proudly hosts various activities and highlights, which shall be occurring in the three days span. These activities include:

• Kite flying by national and international flyers
• Kite flying competition for the audience
• Food Festival
• LED Night- Kite show
• Flea Market
• Corporate stalls for the property, automobile, two-wheeler brands
• Open-Mic performances for live bands, poetries, rappers and comedians
• Cultural performance
• Live-in band performance by celebrity singer JassManak and Band
• Live Music by DJs
• Lohri celebration

• WHO ALL ARE COMING?

• International kite flyers are coming from different parts of India(Gujrat, Rajasthan and South India), who have attended various International Kite Festivals.
• The Live-In Band performance by JassManak would have a separate entry ticket and will set the stage on fire and lead the kites soaring!
• The food and Flea Market will have sellers from the whole country.
• Highly trained cultural performers and Punjabi Troupe from different parts of the country shall be present to entertain the audience.

• The Kite Fighting Competition accepts walk-ins; all you need is a kite, a cotton thread, some serious skills and a healthy sense of competition!
