According to the guideline:
- Any stranger might not be given access to your device through AnyDesk (currently in use), team viewer, etc at any instance.
- Apply app lock to payments and banking applications.
- Any advertisement kind of message might not be forwarded, through any medium (text, WhatsApp, etc).
- Any kind of fraud calls should not be entertained in any manner, disconnect the call ASAP, and do inform cyber police about the number.
- Google’s job is to show information and ads that’s it, they don’t care about the integrity of the information, they don’t guarantee the info to be genuine. So don’t trust it blindly.
- While searching for customer care numbers call getting connected, confirm the tele caller and customer care executive, the brand’s founders name and founding year, if he/she fails to connect the call and try again if everyone fails, the customer care no. can be wrong.
- Banking password, UPI PIN, Account no., ATM PIN, Card no., CVV, are not to be shared to ay stranger via any mode, voice, non-voice, any mode. Any kind of confidential information must not be shared on the call.
- Avoid collect request transactions, and instantly delete collect request if you do not want to pay at that instance.
